DESCRIPTION:Take part in one of Canada’s Indigenous events. The Grand River ‘Champion of Champions’ Powwow is an event that promotes rich\narts heritage by showcasing our ‘pride’ in music\, dance\, arts and crafts. Many Native Americans from the United States now\nparticipate as well. The forum for this expression in the arts has been coined a “Powwow” and is always presented with the utmost\ndignity. The event takes place in the open-air\, during the afternoon and on into the evening under lights. \n\nNations\, Dancers\, Singers\, Drummers\nThis event has become a major tourist attraction locally\, nationally and internationally.\nThis year promises to be just as spectacular as the last.\nAdmissions Information\n\nGates Open Daily at 10:00 am.\nGeneral Admission Daily $10.00\nWeekend Pass Available $15.00\nChildren $2.00\nRain Site: Gaylord Powless Arena\, in the village of Ohsweken\nPermissible to bring Cameras and Lawn Chairs\n\nService Animals are permitted\, but No other PETS or ANIMALS allowed.
