Hosts will provide grounding methods using art as a channel for connection and rekindle the embers of spirit using a sketchbook. \nEach week will follow one of the Seven Grandfather Teachings\, included in guidance\, check ins and methods to create from our thoughts. Program provides healthy coping mechanisms\, mindfulness\, spirit\, re-connecting with the self. \nRegistration required. 12 people max. No prior experience with painting/drawing/writing required.
