RH/IMHW: Sacred Lines

This program provides cultural teachings related to spirit and the Seven Grandfather Teachings, joined with skills in art and re-storying the self. Hosts will provide grounding methods using art as a channel for connection and rekindle the embers of spirit using a sketchbook.

Each week will follow one of the Seven Grandfather Teachings, included in guidance, check ins and methods to create from our thoughts. Program provides healthy coping mechanisms, mindfulness, spirit, re-connecting with the self.

Art supplies will be provided.

Food provided so that people are able to go right into hand drumming right after if they would like.

Ages 15+. No prior experience with painting/drawing/writing required.
