Community Co-ed Sweat

Sacred fire starts 1pm, first round starts 4:30pm, feast at 7pm.

How it will run:

• 4 rounds of 7 grandfathers (28 total)
• Berry and water round (before 3rd round)
• One side male other side female
• No moontime

What to bring:

• Towel
• Change of clothes
• Skirts
• Shorts
• Sacred items to bring in
