
RH/UAHLP: Lift Your Spirits

This class focuses on movement for wellness rather than performance. Exercises are functional, adaptable, designed to support everyday strength, mobility, balance and endurance. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, listen to their bodies and modify as needed. The goal is to build confidence in movement, improve overall well-being, and support physical and mental health through consistent intentional activity.
For ages 15+. No experience necessary.
