Indigenous knowledge of plants varying healing properties focused on mindfulness around loving self, forgiveness, building self-confidence, internalized and family pain, repression of self, and letting your heart lead. This is a relief care program where school-age children are able to come, interact, play, learn and be proud of who they are. Dinner and teachings are provided weekly by staff and special guests.
